Karen's Pasta Salad
Tri-colored Pasta
(or Whole Wheat or Vegetable Pasta also)
1 Can Garlic, Basil & Oregano Diced Tomatoes
Broccoli Cole Slaw
Good Seasons Italian Dressing
(Make the Less oil version and add a couple
of dashes of balsamic vinegar)
Mrs. Dash Seasoning Table Blend
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Sea Salt

Cook pasta to "al dente," drain and rinse in cold water. In bowl combine drained can of tomatoes, pasta, and remaining ingredients and chill. Then serve. (Much more flavor if refrigerated overnight.)

The beauty of this recipe is you can make as little or as much as you want. If you prefer less of one ingredient or more of another you can adjust it accordingly. To even get more health benefits, add additional vegetables of all types, whatever you prefer!
