kale Low Cal Sautéed Kale and White Beans
Vegetable Spray
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
3 1/2 cups chopped kale (about 5 ounces)
1/4 cup water
1 cup canned cannelloni beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped plum tomato
1/2 t dried rosemary, crushed
1/1 t salt

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes. Add kale and water; cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes or until kale is wilted, stirring frequently.

Add beans and remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until thoroughly heated.

6 (1/2 cup) servings - 51 calories per serving
