Diane C. Eshelman -
Executive Vice President of Administration
Diane joined her husband, David, at Salem Logistics in 1992. She's responsible for employee relations and purchasing operations, and is
unofficially regarded as the company's Chief Culture Officer. She earned her BS from Kent State University in Early Childhood Education and
also holds an MS from the University of Akron in Counseling. Diane is actively involved in a number of civic and community groups.
She's a past president and now serves on the board at Southeastern Center for Contemporary Arts (SECCA). She's a member of the
Centenary United Methodist Church Altar Guild and is the past President of the Young Life Board. She and David have two daughters. Diane
devotes her free time to her stock club, traveling and cooking.
